Ulta and Target partner to launch Ulta Beauty at Target
Target Corporation and Ulta have announced a new long-term partnership to launch Ulta Beauty at Target, a shop-in-shop concept focused on offering established and emerging prestige brands online and in select target locations in the U.S.
Ulta Beauty at Target will debut at more than 100 Target locations starting in 2021, with plans to scale to hundreds more over time, the partners said.
Each shop-in-shop will take up approximately 1,000 square-feet of retail space and will be designed to help consumers discover established and emerging prestige brands.
To mirror Ulta's typical in-store experience, new Target team members will be hired and trained to serve as experts on prestige beauty offerings, and each shop-in-shop is expected to be enhanced with Ulta’s in-store digital discovery tools like the virtual try-on tool, GlamLab, Ulta said.

Using Ulta Beauty at Target online, customers will be able to access free shipping for qualifying orders and Target’s same-day fulfillment services, as well as drive up, order pickup and same-day delivery at participating store locations.
According to the partners, Ulta and Target currently have more than 100 million active loyalty program members combined across Target Circle and Ultamate Rewards.
