Vince names David Stefko as Chief Financial Officer

Vince Holding Corp. announced Thursday the appointment of David Stefko as Chief Financial Officer of the company effective immediately.

Stefko possesses 28 years of senior finance and executive management experience. Prior to Vince, he held the position of Group CFO for Sun Capital Partners, served as SVP, CFO & CAO of national multichannel specialty retailer, Things Remembered, and held positions for Cole National, Sherwin Williams and Ernst & Young.

He was formerly the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Vince before the appointment.
