Each location in the mall will vary in size from 800-square-feet to 8,000-square-feet for two-story street-facing retail spaces. The average square feet of leasable space is 2,200.

Though all retail spaces have been leased, only 57 have been confirmed including, Michael Kors, John Varvatos, Kate Spade New York, Victoria’s Secret, Under Armour, Pandora, Cole Haan, Hugo Boss, Vince Camuto and Banana Republic. It has been reported that Tom Ford and Tiffany & Co. each have leased two-level spaces and H&M leased three stores for its namesake brand, & Other Stories and COS, but all five locations have not been confirmed.

All confirmed retailers are expected to open in the first half of the year at the same time as the opening of Saks Fifth Avenue at Brookfield Place.
