Wolverine to restructure brands operations with new leadership appointments

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. has implemented a new brand operating group structure and associated leadership appointments. The company’s large brand portfolio is now consolidated into three brand operating groups: Wolverine Outdoor and Lifestyle Group, Wolverine Boston Group and Wolverine Heritage Group, each with associated leadership appointments.
 
Wolverine Outdoor and Lifestyle Group includes Merrel, Chaco, Cat Footwear, Hush Puppies and Sebago. Jim Zwiers was appointed as the Group’s President. Sperry, Saucony and Keds are now managed by the Wolverine Boston Group, with Richie Woodworth as President. Wolverine Heritage Group will oversee Wolverine, Bates, Harley-Davidson Footwear and HyTest. Ted Gedra will continue in his role as President for the Heritage Group. In addition to these three Groups, Wolverine also operates an International Group for operations outside of North America and a Consumer Direct Group for online sales.
