Foot Locker elects Ulice Payne and Kimberly Underhill as directors

Foot Locker on Thursday announced that its Board of Directors has elected Ulice Payne, Jr. and Kimberly K. Underhill as directors, effective December 1, 2016.

 
Payne is a lawyer that currently serves as President and Managing Member of global trade advisory service company Addison-Clifton, LLC. He previously served as President and CEO of Milwaukee-based law firm Foly & Lardner, and served as President and CEO of the Milwaukee Brewers MLB team.
 
Underhill spent a majority of her career at Kimberly-Clark, the global manufacturer of branded personal care, consumer tissue, and professional healthcare products, and she currently serves as Global President of Kimberly-Clark Professional.

Foot Locker recently opened a new flagship store at Herald Square in New York City. The flagship location is a culmination of the retailer’s history and brand assortment, and is home to the first SIX:02 store to open in New York City.
 
As of October 29, 2016, Foot Locker operates 3,394 stores in 23 countries.
