H&M to open first stores in Georgia
H&M is headed for Georgia. The Swedish fast fashion label announced on Monday that it has signed for its first store openings in the country in 2017. The company also announced store openings in Columbia, Iceland and Kazakhstan in 2017.
H&M has expanded to many countries and regions in recent years. In 2016 alone, H&M opened its first store in Puerto Rico, its first-ever store in Mumbai, and online stores in Canada, Ireland, Croatia, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia. In 2015, the company opened its first store in India at Select CityWalk mall in New Delhi and opened a second location in the city.
The Swedish company launched the Kenzo x H&M collection in November, and it was reported that the collection is still available. In 2015, the company partnered with Balmain, and the collection sold out almost immediately. In previous years, H&M collaborated with Alexander Wang, Maison Margiela and Versace.
