New Era and the Buffalo Bills NFL football franchise announced on Thursday that they have agreed to terms to the naming rights for team’s stadium. The Ralph Wilson Stadium, where the Buffalo Bills have played since 1973 when it was named Rich Stadium, will now be named New Era Field, effective immediately. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

New Era, the official on-field cap of the National Football League and the Buffalo Bills, announced that they have agreed to terms to the naming rights for the team's stadium, New Era Field.

As per the seven-year agreement, New Era and the Buffalo Bills will deliver interactive game day activations, including digital and social media promotions. On Thursday, September 15, at this year’s home opener against the New York Jets, New Era and the Buffalo Bills will launch an exclusive cap collection that will be available only at the stadium.

The naming rights deal expands on the two parties’ previous sponsorship agreement. New Era and the Buffalo Bills have been partners for over 15 years.

The signage transformation for New Era Field is to be completed over the next 12 months. The stadium lease will expire in 2023, and New Era will have the first negotiation rights with the Buffalo Bills.
