Thomas, who most recently served as President of Nordstrom Rack, has been with Nordstrom for 34 years beginning as a salesperson before moving into store, regional and buying management roles. He is succeeded by McKibbin as President of Nordstrom Rack. In her new role as President, McKibbin will oversee the company’s 215 Nordstrom Rack stores, including operations, merchandising, strategy, finance and store planning.

McKibbin began her career at Nordstrom in 1985 as a stockperson and later became a salesperson, department manager, buyer and store manager before being named VP, Los Angeles Regional Manager in 1999. She was named Nordstrom’s first President of Nordstrom Canada in 2012 and opened five of the company’s planned six stores (the sixth will open in 2017).

Haggard will take on the leadership of Nordstrom Canada following McKibbin’s promotion. She will support the Canada region with her team, and she will manage opening and operating the five announced Nordstrom Rack locations. Haggard joined Nordstrom in 1991 as a salesperson and was later promoted to buying roles in the Womens and POV/Sportswear departments. In 2013, she was named full-line VP, Southeast regional manager.

Finally, Boyle, in addition to his role as President of NordstromRack.com/HauteLook, assumes responsibility of Trunk Club following the departure of Trunk Club CEO Brian Spaly. Boyle’s new title will be President, NordstromRack.com/HauteLook and Trunk Club.

The new President joined HauteLook in 2008 and was instrumental in the company’s integration with Nordstrom following its acquisition in 2011. He is also a board director for Sole Society and digital commerce solutions provider Onestop Internet.

Boyle joins Trunk Club’s leadership team, which includes CFO and COO Kevin Price; SVP of Sales Michael Barkin; and recent addition Linda Bartman, who serves as Chief Marketing Officer.
