Designer: Erdem MoraliogluInspiration: When we enter the National Portrait Gallery in London we are filled with emotion, the designer’s models walk in narrow aisles in-between great historical portraits. This time, he set his collection in the 60s, imagining Princess Orietta Doria Pamphili heir of one of the biggest Italian families, walking through the corridors of her palace with 1000 rooms…Collection: Elegance, allure and style. Seen through a tight-fitting suit, a trouser cut above the ankle and a slim-fitted jacket in black with bows or flowers.Short dresses finish as a cape on the back. A big flared skirt is worn with a silk top. We see various co-ords. There are numerous precious details: drapes, bows and ribbons, lace and frills, jewels and crystals, colourful feathers and sequins, long gloves and bright coloured shoes.Note: Beautiful flowers printed on clothes, like the works of art reflecting on certain items.& Big enveloping dresses with trains worn at the end of the show.Music from the show (for use only in context of the show, under cover of the right to information).
